If you’re facing issues signing in, try these quick steps to resolve it:

1. Clear Your Browser Cookies: Clearing cookies can help refresh your session and resolve potential conflicts.

  1. Go to the Safari app on your Mac.
  2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. Select one or more websites, then click Remove.
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
    • Tip: If you are part of the Tracking Protection test group, select Tracking Protection instead.
  4. Click See all site data and permissions.
  5. At the top right, search for the website’s name.
  6. To the right of the site, click Delete Remove.
  7. To confirm, click Delete.
  1. Open Edge browser, select Settings and more  > Settings  > Cookies and site permissions.
  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.
  3. Select the down arrow  to the right of the site whose cookies you want to delete and select Delete .
  1. Go to a website that requires cookies.
  2. Accept the cookies.
  3. Tap the Fx89Padlock Lock icon in the search bar.
  4. Tap Clear cookies and site data.
  5. Tap Delete.

2. Try Incognito Mode: Sometimes, extensions or cached data can interfere. Using an incognito or private browsing window can help bypass these issues.
