Born out of my own journey toward freedom, Happiest Hour offers compassionate, judgement-free support for women who are questioning their relationship with alcohol and seeking more out of life. Through personalized coaching, resources, and a supportive community, I empower women to reclaim their time, energy, and sense of self- so they can live fully, authentically, and with purpose.
